Terms of Service

Welcome to Clayze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clayze mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Clayze, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Clayze. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you create and upload ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Clayze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, showing your shared pieces in the community feed to other users. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already re-shared or copies retained as required by law.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or violent;
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Upload spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Harvest or misuse other users' information;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. Moderation & removal

Uploaded images may be automatically screened for prohibited content. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Clayze name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by Clayze and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clayze and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
