Delete your account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Clayze and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the settings gear, then Privacy.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Don't have the app installed?

Email support@clayze.art from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, pottery pieces and photos, community posts, comments, direct messages, and inventory are permanently removed. This cannot be undone. We retain no personal data after deletion except where required by law.
